What is the 30-day trial policy?
We believe you should live with your shoes before you commit to them. You can return or exchange your Allbirds within 30 days, no questions asked, even if you’ve worn them outside.
Are Allbirds shoes machine washable?
Yes, most of our shoes are machine washable. Simply remove the insoles and laces, place the shoes in a delicates bag, and wash on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent. Always air dry.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your sustainable gear a little sooner.
What materials are used in your products?
We prioritize natural materials including FSC-certified Tencel Lyocell (Eucalyptus tree fiber), ZQ-certified Merino wool, and SweetFoam, our carbon-negative EVA made from sugarcane.
Do you offer half sizes?
Most of our styles are currently available in whole sizes only. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for the best fit.
