At Allbirds, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period for all our shoes and apparel. If you aren't completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items—even if you've already worn them out in the wild.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like a full refund to your original payment method or a convenient exchange for a different size or color.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then place your items in their original packaging or a similar sturdy box to ensure a safe journey.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and process your return, your refund or exchange will be initiated immediately.
